Its okay to feel a little less good about it, this time of year can bring up personal and collective challenge as we let go of the Warmth from the Summer ☀️ and replace this with lots of Cozy clothing.

How about we create a space where we can step into this void with willingness?

Find the light within the dark ✨️ and trust that there is a message in the darker spaces, the void is not just emptiness but actually pure spaciousness that is willing to hold us.

Settle into our Mini Retreat ♡ for 2 hrs.

Samhain Surrender & Reset. Feeling space to calm our nervous system, finding space for truer clarity & tapping into old patterns making way to create new positive patterns that serve us well & ripple out to those around us. To help us make time to Reset weaving our way through a Chakra Movement meditation, Yogic breathwork, Yoga nidra to soften our hearts & a Shamanic Sound Journey to heal alongside our Ancestors.

Being Held at Forest Park Community Centre, Bracknell RG12 0XQ Doors Open at 06:50pm for a 7pm start until 9pm.
