This 90-minute Deep Rest Immersion is an extended sound healing experience designed to gently guide your nervous system out of fight or flight and into the parasympathetic rest and digest state.

Through slow, rhythmic sound, vibration, and intentional pauses, the body is supported to soften, the breath naturally deepens, and the mind gradually quietens. Crystal singing bowls, grounding instruments, and subtle frequencies work together to encourage relaxed alpha and theta brainwaves—states associated with deep rest, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.

As the system settles, stress hormones can begin to lower, the vagus nerve is gently stimulated, and a sense of safety and spaciousness may return. Many people experience profound relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or a dream-like state similar to deep meditation or REM sleep.
