Come join Juliana for a relaxing and rejuvenating 60-minute sound bath at The Claines Institute, Worcester. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, melting away stress and tension, a perfect way to unwind after a long week. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations and experience deep relaxation. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open heart. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you! Yoga Mat, eye masks and blanket are supplied, please feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, etc to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Please arrive at 6:50 pm for a prompt 7 pm start.
