NeuroCompass Circle is a relaxed support group for neurodivergent adults focused on connection, community, and shared understanding. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, exploring your identity, or simply looking for a space where you can unmask and just be, you are welcome here.

Together, we can explore (if wanted) things like:

💬 Unmasking and self-understanding

🌿 Sensory needs and regulation

🧠 Organisation and executive function strategies

⚡ Managing overwhelm and burnout

🤝 Building confidence and connection

✨ Sharing experiences in a supportive environment

Each session will have a theme, like the topics above for us to explore. The topic for this session is executive functionning.

There is absolutely no pressure to talk — listening is participation too.

The group is designed to feel calm, welcoming and low demand. You’re encouraged to bring along anything that helps you feel comfortable, whether that’s:

🎧 Headphones

🖍 A colouring book or sketchpad

🌀 Fidgets or sensory tools

The venue doesn’t have a car park but there is on street parking available locally.
