Come and join me for a wonderful sunset walk and outdoor yoga on the Malvern Hills with stunning views across to Wales and Herefordshire.
We will walk for around 30-45 mins (in total) as well as finding a spot to enjoy a slow flow yoga class whilst enjoying the sunset together. You will need to bring your own yoga mat and some warm clothes.
We will be walking on footpaths and bridleways, some of which are likely to be uneven, muddy, so please come prepared for that. The route is not too hilly so your fitness is not important for this walk.
If the weather forecast is not on our side, then please note it may be postponed.
I will write to all participants a few days before our walk with full details on where we will be meeting, what to bring and what to expect.
If you are a new customer you will be expected to complete a medical questionnaire beforehand.
