About This Event

The Conversation Cafe- Men will take place on 28 October 2026 at The Nook in Aberdeen. This event provides an opportunity for attendees to discuss men's mental health in a supportive environment. The session is free to attend.

Come along to The Nook for a cuppa and a chat with other Men is a safe, non-judgemental environment about Mental health, Life etc.

What is The Nook?

The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment.

Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about.

Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.
