I am planning an 8-session Self-Awareness personal development programme at Airyhall Community Centre, Aberdeen.

I am currently gauging interest to find out which days and times are most convenient for potential participants. The final schedule will be decided based on the responses received.

Explore how awareness can support more fulfilling relationships

💷 PROGRAMME COST

If you decide to commit to the complete 8-session programme, the introductory price will be:

£50 for all eight sessions.

No payment is required at this stage.

Once sufficient interest has been established, the programme will be formally scheduled and the confirmed event will be published with the final dates and times.
