A mini-retreat for women in business to reconnect with their worth, find their voice and make space for growth.

You pour so much of yourself into your business. But when it comes to being seen, talking about your work or charging confidently, do you sometimes find yourself holding back?

Perhaps you soften your prices, question your abilities or put off sharing something you’ve worked so hard to create. Perhaps you’re ready for more, but want to grow in a way that honours your energy and feels true to you.

Join Jo and Kate for an intimate, nurturing retreat where you can step away from the everyday demands of business and explore what wealth, confidence and success mean for you.

Together, we’ll reflect on the messages we’ve absorbed about money, ambition and being a woman—and how those beliefs may influence the choices we make today. There will be space for honest conversation, quiet reflection, shared discovery and practical intentions to carry home.

Your experience will include:

An interactive money mindset session with Jo

Explore beliefs around wealth, worth and receiving, including the stories we carry from childhood. Reflect on where these show up in your business, from pricing your work to giving yourself permission to grow.

A hypnotherapy-infused meditation

Jo will guide you through a meditation inviting you to imagine new possibilities and connect with how you would like to move forward.

Guided journaling

With time to reflect immediately after the meditation, capture your insights, explore what matters to you and begin shaping your next steps.

Find Your Voice with Kate

A gentle, welcoming somatic exploration of breath, vocal sound and expression. Together, we’ll explore the feelings that arise around our businesses, our value and allowing ourselves to be heard - and discover how it might feel to express ourselves with greater freedom and confidence.

An immersive sound bath with live intuitive vocals

Settle beneath your blanket as Kate brings the guided experiences to a close with soothing instruments and live vocals, offering space to rest and reflect.

Tea, light snacks and connection

Enjoy a relaxed opportunity to chat, share and connect with other women who understand both the joys and challenges of running a business.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling rested, encouraged and clearer about your next step—with a belief to question, a voice you’ve practised using and one meaningful action to take in your business.

Come as you are, whether you’re just beginning or have been building your business for years. Give yourself space to be supported, heard and inspired by what could come next.
