Do you want to uderstadn how your body impacts your wellbeing? Are you ready to feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced — inside and out?
This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through simple, practical approaches to health and wellbeing. In a supportive and welcoming space, we’ll explore some body approaches to physical and mental health and how they impact each other. We will focus on how small, consistent changes can lead to lasting transformation. Whether you're feeling low on energy, struggling with motivation, or just looking to build healthier habits, this session offers guidance, encouragement, and real-life tools to help you take that next step.
You’ll learn how to nourish both body and mind through new learning, and connecting with others. The session will include guided reflection, gentle activities, and open conversation to help you explore what wellness means for you and your body. You’ll leave knowing more about what your own mind and body needs and how to go about getting those needs met.
Who can attend?
Open to anyone with an interest in Mental Health and Well being (age 18+).
