Float into calm at our sound bath at Langdale. Unwind, rebalance & let stress drift away.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and into an evening of complete calm.

Let the gentle movement of the water, the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, and the warmth of our tranquil indoor pool help you slow down, switch off, and reconnect with yourself.

Guided by Bonnie, this immersive experience begins with intention setting and gentle breathwork before you settle onto a float in the pool. As the crystal bowls are played, their sound and resonance travels across the water, creating a deeply relaxing soundscape designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a sense of balance and wellbeing.

As the session comes to a close, you'll enjoy an oracle card reading and a calming cup of chamomile tea, giving you time to reflect, reset, and gently return to the present moment.

Many guests describe the experience as unlike anything they have experienced before, with some waiting months, and even a year, to secure a place. At the heart of the experience is Bonnie, our accredited practitioner whose unique approach combines professional training with a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing. Her carefully curated sessions have earned a loyal following, with many guests returning time and time again.

This is more than a sound bath. It's an opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply be.
