Immerse yourself in a unique experience designed to nurture holistic wellbeing, combining deep relaxation with the soothing power of sound and gentle floating in our tranquil indoor pool.

During this session, you’ll be gently supported by pool floats, allowing your body to fully relax in the water while healing vibrations from crystal bowls resonate around you. The combination of floating and sound creates a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance.

This is not just a sound bath … it’s a sensory journey that invites stillness, surrender, and serenity.

Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before attending if you:

Have sound-sensitive conditions (e.g. Labyrinthitis, Ménière’s disease)

Experience epilepsy or other seizure disorders

Have a pacemaker or metal implants

Are recovering from surgery or medical procedures
