Event Itinerary

9:00am – Meet at Stone Cross Manor Hotel, Kendal

🥾 Guided Hike. Choose between a scenic 4-mile walk or an optional 6-mile route.

🌊 11:00am – Optional Cold Water Dip. Take the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing cold water dip for those who wish.

🍴 12:00pm – Lunch at Stone Cross Manor Hotel. Enjoy a delicious selection of sandwiches, chips, salads, coleslaw, tea, coffee and sweet treats—the perfect reward after a morning outdoors!

✨ 1:00pm – Secret Surprise Playfull Activity. A fun experience to add a little extra magic to the day!

🧘 2:00pm – Relaxing Hatha Yoga Flow. A gentle practice to stretch, unwind and reconnect with your body.

🎵 3:00pm – Pranayama & Sound Bath. Experience calming breathwork followed by a deeply restorative sound bath to leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed.

💙 4:00pm – Closing Circle. Time to reflect on the day and head home feeling refreshed.
