A calming Yoga flow and restorative Sound Bath to reset your body and mind

Join us for a soothing Sunday reset at Laganview Enterprise Centre, Lisburn, where gentle movement meets restorative sound. This three‑hour session begins with a calming yoga flow to ease tension, open the body, and settle the breath. You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing Sound Bath designed to support nervous system release, emotional balance, and full‑body restoration.

This experience is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful pause, a moment of clarity, or a nurturing way to close the week.

After the session, enjoy tea, coffee, and light snacks as you slowly re‑ground and reconnect.

Please Bring:

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water - anything that helps you feel cosy and supported.
