Yoga Society is excited to host our first social event of the year, which is henna workshop!! Henna, or mehndi, is traditionally viewed as a way of connecting with ourselves and others in our lives. In ancient India, it was seen as a form of ‘shringar’ or self-adornment, capable of cultivating a sense of love, grace and divine energy within the body. We welcome you to join us for an evening of creativity as you begin to deepen your spiritual practice🌀
This social is free for members!!!
Each attendee will receive a henna cone to do their own design which they can bring home after
