Slow down and unwind in the Hub as the nights draw in with our textile-inspired Mindful Making sessions.

Engaging in art activities has been proven to benefit mental health and help with anxiety and depression, improve focus, and promote relaxation. Try weaving, stitching, and making gifts by hand in the Golden Thread Gallery Hub with our Engagement Assistant this autumn over Wednesday lunchtimes from 12:30-2pm.

Sessions:

Wednesday 16 September: circle loom bracelet making
