PHIN Book Club - September 2026

For September, we're reading Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous by Vietnamese American poet Ocean Vuong.

Tickets include any drink from our menu, plus some nibbles while we chat all things books.

We've also teamed up with No Alibis Bookstore, so everyone coming along can get 10% off their copy of the book with our exclusive discount code. It's a great way to support another local independent business too.

Community has always been a big part of what we do at PHIN. From our Run Club to the events we've hosted, we've loved creating spaces for people to meet and connect.

Asian coffee houses have always been about more than just coffee. They're places where people gather, catch up, share stories and spend time together. That's something we really want to bring to Belfast, and our Book Club feels like the perfect way to do it.

We'll be meeting once a month to chat about a chosen book, discover new authors, or simply talk about whatever you've been enjoying reading lately. Whether you've read every page or just fancy coming along for the conversation, everyone's welcome.
