– As part of the Birmingham Heritage Week 2026, we are hosting 5 free guided tours to anyone who are interested in. In the tour, you will discover the hidden treasures of Birmingham Cathedral and learn about the history of the oldest building in the city centre still used for its original purpose. Our knowledgeable volunteer tour guides will tell you more about the finest stained-glass windows in the world, designed by Edward Burne-Jones, crafted by the workshop of William Morris. They will be happy to answer any questions you have. It is free to join. Booking can be made here staring from Saturday 15 August 10am. Any donations for the cathedral is appreciated.
