Sekhem Energy Healing - elevates your vibrational frequency and helps you step into your full potential. Led by Master Teacher Rachel

Energy Centre Assessment - receive personalised energetic guidance as we step into Autumn. Led by Master Teacher Rachel

Hypnotic Meditation Journey - Rosie and Rachel combine their signature practices to take you on a deep journey of mind, body, and soul.

Suitable for all levels – no previous experience required. A safe, supportive space to pause, reset, and replenish your energy.
