Dr Alice Ashcroft is a researcher, entrepreneur and founder of Digital Heard and JobFair. With a PhD in Computer Science from Lancaster University focused on gender, language and digital innovation, Alice is passionate about creating more inclusive technology and opportunities. She also leads the Women in Lancaster Digital (WILD) network, supporting and championing underrepresented voices across the tech sector.
