Coastal Pilates with Soul & Sand will be held on 28 September 2026 at Avon Beach in Bournemouth. This wellness event invites participants to join a beach pilates session, with prices ranging from £7.00 to £10.00.

Trade the studio for the sand, and join me for my beach pilates session- Mondays 9-10am. Avon Beach. Bring a mat or towel.

PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ON ANY PREGNANT CLIENTS, AS I HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED MY PREGNANCY SPECIFIC TRAINIG. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

*REFUND POLICY* refunds are not available however, if you cancel the class within 24 hours (by contacting Jessica) you will receive a class credit to book onto a future class. Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour period will not qualify for class credit.
