Unwind, recharge and reset by the sea with our new Monday evening coastal wellbeing experience at Avon Beach.

Begin your evening with an energising 45-minute beach boxercise session, designed to get your body moving, boost your energy and help you switch off from the stresses of the day. Suitable for all abilities, the session combines fitness, fun and the incredible backdrop of the coast.

Following the class, step into the warmth of the beachside sauna for a one-hour sauna and sea dip experience, including a 30-minute guided ritual inspired by traditional Nordic bathing culture. The ritual combines heat, cold water, aromatherapy and mindful relaxation techniques to create a deeply calming and restorative experience. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy optional sea dips between sauna sessions, embracing the invigorating contrast between hot and cold .

We then finish the evening with a relaxed beachside social, giving everyone the chance to unwind, connect and enjoy a drink together — whether that’s a coffee, tea, prosecco or beer as the evening sun begins to set .
