Because healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you are beneath everything you’ve been told you should be.

We will explore the beliefs, expectations and old stories that have shaped the way we see ourselves. We will gently question where we have given our power away, where we have abandoned our own needs, and where we are ready to choose a different way.

This is an opportunity to reclaim your voice, honour your boundaries and reconnect with the wisdom of your body — so that you can begin to create a life that reflects your truth, rather than living inside someone else’s expectations.

What would it mean to embrace all of you?

Not just the confident, capable, loving parts that the world celebrates, but also the vulnerable, uncertain, messy, angry, grieving or tender parts that you may have learnt to hide. We often believe that we need to improve ourselves before we can feel whole. But what if wholeness begins when we stop turning away from the parts of ourselves we find difficult to love?

Through radical self-acceptance, we begin to dissolve the inner divisions that keep us feeling separate from ourselves. We can return our so-called imperfections, our shadows and our forgotten parts to the warmth of love and compassion.

Here, there is no need to perform, prove or please. You are welcome in your fullness. You are both human and divine — beautifully imperfect, deeply feeling and inherently worthy.

I’m so excited to be bringing Kundalini Goddess to Seahorse Studios (https://seahorsestudio.co.uk/), a beautiful new space nestled in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes. This lush, feminine sanctuary has been created with so much creativity, love and attention to detail. From the soft textures and candlelight to the sacred touches woven throughout the space, it feels like the perfect setting for our Divine Feminine Healing Ceremony.

A space to slow down, soften, reconnect with yourself and be held in a beautiful, nurturing environment. I can’t wait to gather here with you, sharing the magic of Kundalini Goddess in this gorgeous new home for feminine healing.
