About This Event

BRG X STRONG! wellness class at STRONG Pilates in Brighton on 2026-09-16 at 16:30 is free of charge.

STRONG is brand new to Brighton so it's a no brainer for the BRG team to try it out!

Join us for a class at STRONG Pilates!

This will be to try out their signaure Reformer X Cardio pilates class 💪

Reformer Pilates meets cardio, resistance, and strength training for a unique low-impact, high intensity workout. With our custom-built Rowformer and RIDE machines, we push limits without punishing your body.

Meet at STRONG on London Rd for the class at 5.30pm. Please come early if you have bags to drop.

Please cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it, as tickets are limited!
