After the first PILATES SOCIETY sold out, we’re back for another Friday evening of movement, music and that post-work feeling.

A 45-minute sculpt-style mat Pilates session at Fitbox Hove to shake off the week, move your body and start the weekend feeling good.

Expect a fun full-body workout, good music, a little burn and a small group of lovely people. No intimidating fitness energy, no need to be a Pilates pro. Come solo, bring your bestie or come straight from work; you’ll fit right in.

We’re heading to Green House nearby after class for drinks. No pressure to stay, but if you fancy continuing the Friday feeling, come along 💗
