I’d love to invite you to this cosy workshop to boost self-esteem and motivation mini confidence workshops, a friendly, no-pressure way to meet others and make new friends while building confidence.

If you’ve been feeling a bit low on confidence or struggling to stay motivated, this is a great opportunity to make a fresh start. You will hopefully leave with new ideas, increased confidence, and some new connections.

I attended Emma's confidence workshop today and really enjoyed it! I was nervous at first but she really put us at ease and it felt like a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a safe place to share! She asked us some questions that we wrote the answers to in out notebooks in regards to personal challenges and future goals -it was great to brainstorm and figure out where we need to focus in on our lives. I now feel like I have a plan going forward to live my best life! Thank you Emma for bringing us all together and sharing your wisdom! I hope there is another meeting soon
