Imagine a circle. This circle represents wholeness. Or infinite awareness. It contains all the world's possibility that we each experience differently. All the various polarities of life- the various spectrums from one extreme to the other and back again- and everything in between. Here we explore between the poles of our existence; up and down, left and right, plus and minus, bitter and sweet...

POLARITY DANCE brings together gentle guided yoga, free-form dance practice with a range of music, and simple meditation techniques. Really, these practices lend themselves to being experienced as a whole. And so 'Polarity Dance' is born!

At times the session is guided, and at other time unguided. Themes will be revealed in the event, on the day- and woven into the living fabric of each session.

Really, it's an opportunity for you to park distractions and come back to yourself. To explore and internally meet your internal being where you're at. And to reflect upon what it means to be here- through motion and meditation, movement and stillness.

The space is held supportively, but no answers are given. It's an open exploration that only you can have. An emergent space. For yourself, and in the interests of the greater life flow. Maybe you will come to a place of greater clarity, meaning, peace. Or perhaps simply be grateful for the rejuvenation, refresh and revitalisation it brings.
