Settle beneath a blanket and candle light... be guided into deep rest through Yoga Nidra, and therapeutic sound. No movement, no experience needed. Simply space to soften, receive and rest.

Through the therapeutic systems of Yoga Nidra and sound healing we discover an opportunity to slow down and reconnect to ourselves and our bodies as we re-claim our vital energy from within. Yoga Nidra is a beautiful, gentle, yogic sleep meditation that takes place lying down.

What to Expect

-Settle in to a 15 minute deep "yogic sleep" with this yoga nidra session, induced by gentle breathwork, intention setting and guided meditation.

-75 minute sound journey, with a progressive altered landscape of tibetan bowls, crystal tones, shamanic drums and natural sounds.

What to Bring

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters provided. A jumper or extra layer of clothing, cosy socks. Eye masks/pillows are also a good idea if you have one!

What to wear

Please wear anything comfy - come in your pyjamas if you like! You just need to be able to relax in comfort.
