About This Event

Autumn brings change, and Ayurveda teaches us that our bodies and minds can feel that change too. It also teaches us how we can best adjust and prepare. Join me for a 90-minute Seven Dials Sound Journey exploring Vata dosha and simple ways to bring more warmth, nourishment and grounding into everyday life during autumn. After 15–20 minutes of accessible Ayurvedic wisdom, get cosy and settle into a full one-hour immersive sound journey. No previous knowledge of Ayurveda or sound journeys is needed. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water and anything else you need to feel comfortable. LGBTQIA+ friendly. All beautiful souls welcome.
