Hello!

We are Lily and Julie, holistic practitioners with each 20 years of experience in the healing and massage industry. We are combining our experiences to bring you a unique monthly workshop. Our first workshop starts on 10th October and we will focus on resetting our nervous system and supporting you on slowing down during those 90 minutes session.

This workshop will include mindfulness guided meditatio, reiki touch, sound healing and reflexology points. We will close this session with a soothing grounding meditation and an oracle card guidance.

Bring yourself with a water bottle wearing loose comfortable clothe, the rest will be provide.
