About This Event

An alternative night out to refresh your soul, listen to your intuition and journey inwards with the company of Ixcacao & the Gong waves. Opening with a gentle 20-25g dose of ceremonial cacao, be guided in meditation, breath work, playful movement and mantra before lying down to bathe in the sounds of shruti, bowls and Gong. We will always attune to the energy of the day. Please bring with you: Yoga mat (some available) Blanket (some available) Eye pillow Breathable clothing Special mug / cup for Cacao Plenty of water Pillow if needed Open heart, flexible mind, community spirit Note book & pen in case you want to record any reflections There are 3 different tickets available, please choose the one that best reflects your circumstances. Including a 2 for 1 offer (£30 for 2 tickets) to make it more accessible to lower incomes if you come with a friend. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and supports my work. Cacao is included in your ticket price. If you would prefer not to have cacao, please let me know when booking so I can prepare you something else instead. Cacao is organic, ceremonial grade and ethically sourced. We will honour this plant medicine in our opening circle. Please arrive at 6.45pm, doors will be closed at 7pm. In loving kindness Tickets are non-refundable or transferable. If you are unable to come, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to somebody else.
