Chakradance™ feels like entering into a waking dream.

Moving in a darkened and candlelit sacred space, to specifically composed music with tailored visualisations, we are assisted in accessing our inner world. We close our eyes and surrender to the music. From here, the process involves letting our body speak and movements emerge spontaneously. As the music’s vibrations affect us, we may see images in our mind’s-eye, recall memories or gain insights related to each chakra. You may also feel emotions or physical sensations.

Our bodies are truly an archive for all the things we have experienced in our lives. Chakradance™ enables us to access these emotions, forgotten memories and feelings, and allow them to move through us. This beautiful flow leads us ultimately on our own journey of healing.

Each of the seven chakras vibrates at its own frequency. Music is able to balance the chakras by using sound vibrations to tune each energy centre. The music is trance like, with specific musical instruments and tones that resonate with the chakras. Interwoven with the music are the pure tones of crystal bowls sourced from across the globe, that release a vibrational sound field that is an essential ingredient of each dance. Chakradance™ music has a lasting effect. The vibrations continue to pulse outward into our energy field long after the sounds have stopped playing. The more we experience these healing sounds, the greater and more permanent the effect. When the music is combined with guided imagery and spontaneous dance, the healing effect is magnified.
