Safe-Space Well-being Community Meet-Up 🌿

Looking to connect, uplift, and find inspiration with fellow practitioners and creatives? Join us for the next Safe-Space Well-being community meet-up!

Now, more than ever, it is essential to unite, support each other, and share our offerings to bring about healing and positive change. This is a safe, nurturing, and playful space for counsellors, therapists, well-being practitioners, change-makers, entrepreneurs, and creatives to share gifts, ideas, and support.

This month's space is held by Lit Eziefula, a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health and neurological health. Lit is also trained in Yoga Nidra, EMDR, and Biodanza, and founded Embodied Psychology to fuse evidence-based clinical psychology with embodiment practices.

Special Guest Speaker: Aneesa Chaudhry

Find Your Voice: From Nervous to Compelling

Frozen in pitches? Overlooked in meetings? Aneesa blends barrister techniques, singers' breathwork, and choir-leading insight to show you what actually works in real life. Leave with a 60-second calming routine, practical warm-ups, and the confidence to be heard.

Warm, practical, and interactive. No singing experience needed.

About Aneesa: Aneesa is a confidence-building voice and performance coach, professional singer, and choir leader based in Brighton. A trained barrister with over 30 years' professional performance experience, she helps speakers, business owners, and teams turn nerves into powerful, authentic presence.

She leads seven choirs, five of them for charities, and is Co-Artistic Director of the Gay Games Valencia 2026 Choral Festival. Her choirs include Ravi's Dream Choir, Britain's Got Talent Golden Buzzer winners, who have performed at the London Palladium and the Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith.
