Join us for a shamanic sauna experience combining heat, leaf whisking, guided meditation and shamanic journeying, creating space to turn inward, explore what's going on beneath the surface and allow a release to unfold naturally.

We'll begin by spending time in the sauna, allowing the heat to warm the body and help us settle into the experience. Through leaf whisking and guided meditation, we'll begin to turn our attention inward and prepare for the shamanic release journey.

The main journey will take place within the heat of the sauna, offering an opportunity to explore your inner world, connect with what you're carrying and make space for whatever needs releasing.

We will be focusing on shame release so please come with an intention around that.

Afterwards, we'll come together around the fire to ground, share our experiences if we wish, and take time to settle back into ourselves. Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided to help us replenish and ground after the experience.

You don't need previous experience with shamanic journeying. Just come with an open mind and an intention for something you'd like to explore.
