Soulskin Women’s Circle

A gentle space to return to yourself

In the old Selkie stories, Selkies are seals who can shed their skins and live on land as women. But when their skin is lost or hidden, something within them longs for home. They live, love and carry on, yet beneath it all there is a quiet ache, a sense that something essential has been left behind. When they find their skin again, they remember who they are.

Soulskin was born from this story.

Many of us know that feeling in our own way, moving through lives shaped by responsibility, expectation and the pressure to keep going, while a quieter part of ourselves waits to be heard.

This circle is an invitation to pause and gently return to that part of you.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need. There is nothing to fix, prove or figure out. Soulskin offers a calm, welcoming space to step out of the rush of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, at your own pace.

Held in a small and supportive group, each circle offers simple, grounding practices designed to help you soften, listen inward and feel more connected.

Each circle includes:

• Gentle guided meditation

• Quiet reflection

• Optional sharing

• Space to pause, breathe and reconnect

You are always free to take part in as much or as little as feels right for you.

Held by Laura Lee-Gibbs, Soulskin circles are rooted in a warm, down-to-earth and inclusive approach, with care for emotional safety, choice and gentle guidance.
