Sunday Soundbath Session's are soft and intuitively improvised, to encourage deep relaxation, for the heart, body and mind.

With crystal bowls, beautiful singing and the room lowly lit 'cosy nest vibes', we slow things right down and allow calm to wash over you like a soft wave of love.

Instruments's include crystal singing bowls in 432hz (the frequency of the earth), singing, shamanic drum, koshi bells, ocean drum, tingsha bells & loving mantra.

We open with a gentle meditation, then the soundbath will unfurl, & after the soundbath you will be guided back into the room. There will be space at the end to have some choccie & a moon card.

We provide a limited number of yoga mats and cosy blankets, so bringing a yoga mat & blanket is recommended.
