Beyond Breath is a guided breathwork journey designed to take you deeper and deeper into expanded states of consciousness through Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Drawing on holosomatic and holotropic-style methods, we'll use sustained connected breathing to move beyond our usual patterns of thought and perception, creating space to explore the body, emotions and inner world in a deeper way.

The journey is designed to support energy activation, embodied awareness and emotional release, while allowing you to explore these expanded states at your own pace.

This isn't about pushing yourself or achieving a particular experience. It's about surrendering into the breath, staying connected to the body and allowing whatever wants to emerge to unfold naturally.

The session will be held in a small, intimate group, allowing for a deeper level of individual attention, support and optional bodywork throughout the journey.

No previous breathwork experience is required. Whether you're completely new or already familiar with conscious connected breathwork, you're invited to explore beyond your usual experience and see what becomes possible when you give yourself the space to go deeper.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing

A blanket or anything that helps you feel cosy and supported

Water

A journal if you’d like to write afterwards

Blindfolds will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.

Please avoid eating for around 2 hours beforehand if possible.

Contraindications:

This style of breathwork may not be suitable for people who are currently pregnant or for those with:

Epilepsy or seizure disorders

Serious cardiovascular conditions

Uncontrolled high blood pressure

Severe asthma or respiratory illness

Recent surgery or major injury

Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or certain severe psychiatric conditions

A history of aneurysms
