Who is running the session?
My name is Mark Smallman, and I’m a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Naad Yoga teacher, Aria Breath licensee, and Soma Breathwork practitioner. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to deliver wellbeing experiences for organisations like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Soho House, and Sense Arts as Tuned in Sound.
As the UK Manager for GONG, I coordinate gong baths and sound meditation for corporate clients, alongside hosting public sessions across London and online, 7 days a week, with a talented team of practitioners.
I also run regular online breathwork sessions, combining science-backed breathing techniques with music to create transformative experiences. The health benefits of breathwork are immense, it boosts energy efficiency, releases emotions, reconnects us to our bodies, and fosters inspiration and positivity.
Music has a unique power to move and inspire us. Whether it’s on a dance floor, in therapy, or during spiritual practice, it’s an essential ingredient in many of life’s most profound moments. That’s why I take pride in pairing the transformative practice of breathwork with exceptional ambient and electronic music to elevate every session.
