About This Event

Writing Our Legacy @ Downs to the Sea Walk: Water Wisdoms is a contemplative workshop held at RSPB Pulborough Brooks. The session includes meditation, mindful walking, deep listening and reflective writing. Tickets are priced from free to £22.38.

A contemplative workshop with meditation, mindful walking, deep listening, and reflective writing to connect with water as a source.

Water Wisdoms - Reconnecting with Source

As autumn settles across the wetlands, we are invited to slow down, reflect, and attune to the quiet wisdom of the season. Water is our first home. Flowing through our bodies and shaping the landscapes around us, water connects all living things. Through meditation, mindful walking, deep listening, and reflective writing, this contemplative workshop explores our relationship with water as both a physical presence and a source of inner knowing. Immersed in the wetland landscape, we will create space for deep listening and see how returning to this elemental relationship can reconnect us with a deeper sense of self and source.
