DURING THE DAY

Receive TWO Usui Reiki Level 1 attunements.

Learn the foundations, history and principles of Reiki.

Learn self-Reiki and traditional hand positions.

Practise giving and receiving Reiki.

Learn how to offer Reiki to family, friends, animals and plants.

Experience meditation, relaxation and practical Reiki.

You’ll receive a Reiki Level 1 manual, certificate of completion and ongoing support.

WHY LOW COST?

I was once gifted low-cost Reiki training at a time in my life when I needed it most.

That opportunity changed the direction of my life and became the beginning of my holistic healing journey.

Now, through Raising Your Vibe, I feel deeply called to re-gift that same opportunity to others.

These workshops are especially for anyone in recovery from anything who would like to support their mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

Recovery can mean something different to everyone. You may be recovering from stress, anxiety, burnout, addiction, trauma, abuse, homelessness, grief, illness or a major life change.

Or perhaps you’re not recovering from anything at all, you simply want to learn how to slow down, relax, feel calmer and bring more peace into your everyday life.

You don’t need to explain or justify why you’re coming. You are welcome exactly as you are.

ABOUT LYNNE

Lynne is a starseed, holistic healer, teacher and founder of Raising Your Vibe, whose work has grown from an extraordinary personal journey of survival, recovery, healing and transformation.

Her path has taken her through some of life’s most challenging experiences. She is a cancer survivor, has found lasting recovery from alcohol and substance misuse, and is a survivor of more than 20 years of violent and sexual abuse.

She has also experienced homelessness firsthand, an experience that later inspired her to set up a homeless charity and support others experiencing some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Lynne lives with Fibromyalgia, Cancer and CPTSD and is neurodivergent, with ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism.

These experiences have given her a deeply personal understanding of trauma, neurodiversity, recovery and what it can mean to navigate a world that does not always understand or accommodate individual needs.

Rather than allowing her past to define her, Lynne has transformed her lived experiences into compassion, understanding and a deep desire to help others find their own way forward.

Her own healing journey led her to explore energy work, sound, spirituality and consciousness.

Through Raising Your Vibe, Lynne brings together professional training and lived experience to create compassionate, inclusive and non-judgemental spaces.

She is particularly passionate about making holistic wellbeing accessible to people affected by trauma, addiction, homelessness, neurodiversity and major life challenges, as well as those simply wishing to reconnect with themselves and explore their own spiritual journey.

Lynne understands what it means to rebuild from the ground up.

Her journey has taken her through abuse, addiction, homelessness, serious illness and complex trauma into recovery, healing, service and purpose.

Today, she uses her experiences not as labels, but as a bridge to others — a reminder that:

No previous Reiki or energy-healing experience is necessary.
