This sauna session invites you to go on a journey with a small group of fellow saunanauts. Expect a session of stillness and receiving as you’re whisked with aromatic branches in a ritual that stimulates all the senses.

Blending elements of traditional pirtis (leaf whisking), embodiment practices, sound and the deep heat of the sauna, Emilie will take you through an hour of löyly (steam) and letting go.
