About This Event

Join us on our free monthly walk on the first Wednesday of every month from March to October. Starting always at 10:00am from the Ilam Park Stable Yard. Each walk will take you at a gentle pace, for up to 2 hours, through the beautiful, surrounding countryside of the White Peak. Whether you’re looking to build confidence walking independently, improve your health and fitness, or support your mental wellbeing, these regular friendly group walks could be just right for you. The walks are a friendly and relaxed experience. Enjoy being out in nature and the proven benefits for both mental and physical health. There will be free tea and filter coffee available in the Coach House, when we return to the Ilam Park Stable yard at the end of the walk. There is no charge for these walks or and this event, like all our events, is open to both members of the National Trust and also to non-members. Car Parking is included for our social walks, please visit the Welcome Hut on arrival to pick up your parking pass. Please let us know if you are unable to make a walk so we can open that space for someone else.
