Join us for an afternoon retreat with sound healing, tea foraging and fire to connect with nature.

Participants will take part in a foraging walk through the beautiful landscape to identify and collect some edible plants. These will be used to brew a fresh herbal tea to enjoy after the sound healing.

This will be followed by a restorative sound bath designed to gently support rest, balance and connection through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and other sacred sound instruments.

We will finish the afternoon gathered around a fire outside (weather permitting), sharing our freshly brewed tea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Please note that the walk takes place on uneven ground and includes one steep incline, so appropriate footwear is essential. Bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow and wear warm comfortable clothing, the cosier you are the better!
