This is a special community session where adults, and families with children aged 7+, can help keep Trumpington Meadows great for wildlife

This is part of a 2026 mini-series of community work parties in and near Trumpington, to support local people to take action for wildlife and help others to enjoy the wonderful nature that Cambridge has to offer. Adults, and families with children aged 7+, are welcome. Older children can join our Youth Rangers group and attend unaccompanied (this needs to be arranged in advance). Tasks will not be suitable for younger children.

In this session, we'll be doing some seasonal tasks on Trumpington Meadows Nature Reserve.

Please note: the parking and meeting points are two different locations. The closest parking is at Byron's Pool and the meeting point is on the picnic benches outside the Ranger's Office (What3Words: woods.moon.comet)

It is essential that you book your place in advance and do not just turn up on the day. Please see booking link below

Any children attending this event need to be accompanied by a responsible adult or be part of our Youth Ranger group for young people aged 11-17.

Toilet facilities will not be available for this session.
