What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We encourage the use of public transport or cycling. There is ample bicycle parking on-site, and should you need to drive, we recommend that you park at the Madingley Road park & ride (a 15-minutes walk form the venue, and free of charge up to 18 hours).

The Universal bus, also known as U bus, is a fully electric bus service that runs between Eddington and the Cambridge Biomedical Campus via West Cambridge, the city centre (Queens College, Silver Street) and Cambridge Rail Station. It stops nearly directly in front of the Maxwell Centre, normally every 15 minutes (full timetable can be found here).

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration does not match the name of the person who attends?

Sorry, but if you are booking a place on behalf of someone else, their details are required for event name badges, due to the limited number of spaces, and the need to pre-arrange catering.
