Free Community Health and Wellbeing Event

Join Shine Together for a fun, friendly and accessible health and wellbeing event for people with learning disabilities, their families, carers and supporters.

Shine Together is an engagement network for people with learning disabilities across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Our members told us they would like more accessible information about health and wellbeing. In response, we are hosting My Health Matters Week 2026, bringing together health services, community organisations and local partners to share information, advice and support in ways that are easy to understand and accessible.

People with learning disabilities
