Lizi Sage will open the ceremony at 7:30pm, guiding you to immerse yourself in the gentle resonance of sacred sound bowls and the Gongs. She will guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and profound inner harmony. Let the soothing tones wash over you and through you, enveloping you in a cocoon of serenity and healing.

Each month we dedicate the meditation to a member of the Plant Kingdom, learning and connecting to the deep wisdom these spiritual beings hold for us..

It is time to go deep now as we are readily moving away from the old paradigm and into the golden age, if you are being called to ascend your old patterns and behaviours and are looking for somewhere to experience something spiritual, deep and meaningful then Lizi holds a safe and non judgemental place to be.

Gentle movement into the body will be generated before we meditate, with focus on our breath, to release tension of the day.

Energy cleansing scents will wrap around us to clear our energetic fields.

We will dedicate to the chosen plant spirit.

Lizi will serve you a beautiful warm drink of Cacao and will prompt you to form an intention to program into your drink.

You will make a comfy nest and settle into your meditative position and we will breathe deeply to align our autonomic immune system to begin to let go and relax.

Lizi will guide you with her voice into a meditation, speaking to your subconscious and drawing you deepler into an imaginative and evocative journey space, for your mind to relax into theta brain waves. These guided meditations are not scripted and are channelled by Lizi with intuition and communication to her light team and higher self.

Sacred tones from spiritual music and the tibetan sound bowls will fill the air and the deep resonant frequencies of the Gongs will be absorbed by your body, as you breathe and relax into a high vibrational frequency.

You will come away from this experience more connected to your Self, you may experience physical changes, emotions & visions, all of which is good and is proof of you shaking up the core of your self and identity to align with your true nature, your soul's purpose and releasing old ways of being.
