Molly's Hub is our Therapy & Wellbeing centre at The Wisdom Hospice. The Wellbieng Tearm provide therapuatic, hollistic and educational sessions for those living with a life limiting condition in Medway or Swale.
We would like to invite you to see Molly's Hub, explore what we have on offer and learn how to refer your patients to the Wellbeing Pathway.
Please book on to a session to allow us to accomodate for numbers. If you are unable to attend either session, please get in touch.
