Sound Bath

Join us for a Sound Bath journey, held in a beautiful and grounding location at The Retreat Farm.

A space to arrive just as you are. Whether your looking for a space to go inward and journey with self, take some time out from the noise and busyness that life sometimes brings, reset your nervous system or whatever your intention is, all is welcome.

What to expect:

☆ Guided meditation

☆ Sound Bath using a mixture of crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, drum, chimes, and other instruments.

☆ Herbal tea

☆ Doterra essential oils

☆ Sweet treat

You'll be laying down for the duration of the sound bath, so to make sure your comfortable please bring-

☆ Pillow/ blanket for extra comfort

☆ Loose and comfortable clothing (come in your PJs if you'd like )

☆ Water

Yoga mats, bolsters and eye masks are provided but please feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Please note this class isn't suitable for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a pace maker, severe mental health illness or are in your 1st pregnancy trimester then please consult with your doctor first. You're welcome to contact me if you have any questions also.
