Beloved, as the leaves let go and the earth softens into stillness, we invite you to do the same.

This autumn, come home to yourself for a day.

We'll begin with gentle Hatha, moving the body with intention and breath, before settling into quiet journaling — a chance to meet yourself on the page, honestly and tenderly. We'll share a nourishing buffet lunch together, in the kind of easy company that only comes from women gathering with open hearts. Then, a mindful walk through the grounds, feeling the season turning around us and within us.

As the afternoon deepens, we'll move into meditation and pranayama, breathing space into whatever you've been holding. And we'll close as the day softens — in the deep, held stillness of restorative yoga, letting the body finally, fully rest.

This is more than a retreat. It's a permission slip — to slow down, to release, to arrive back to yourself exactly as autumn shows us how.
