Not getting enough sleep, doomscrolling on your phone and feeling anxious every time you watch the news? You’re not alone. Caitlin Moran decided to spend a year finding ways to make each day a little better: stepping away from social media and 24/7 news, sitting on buses without headphones, picking litter, rewilding a garden, reconnecting with people and generally falling in love with the world again. She tells her friend, Times Radio presenter Hugo Rifkind , how she got on, what worked (and what didn’t), and why small changes can make a surprisingly big difference. Funny, honest and full of practical optimism, this might just be the most uplifting - and useful - 'wellbeing' advice you’ll hear all year. There will be a book signing after this event.
